Here to say OnePhone is a trusted seller with prompt service ie prompt responses & delivery, having bought multiple high end devices without having met anyone from the shop. They have the lowest prices and yet deliver with good service.

Even people got scammed from buying durians from online site, am I right?
I pondered hard as the devil and angel inside my head kept whispering to me opposing things. ... who should I be listening to?

I'm confused.

The devil told me not to purchase from this site, while the angel toldme that there are so many other reviews and besides it's Singapore, safe city, what can go wrong? Can just complain to CASE if anything happen.

I ignored the voices of quarelling angels and went to add * Samsung GALAXY S23 ULTRA* into my shopping cart and checked out. Then again, the voices of the two angels began chanting lounder as I was about to Paynow the money..

I went to ACRA and search for OnePhone ( the name on the Paynow account) and feel at ease once I saw that it was an actual company, the company status is LIVE and the address matched the one stated on the site.
I decided to trust my guts and proceed with the purchase.

I then received an email that My order has been confirmed and I went on to send a whatsapp message to ask when I wi be able to receive my new baby .

To my surprise, the person on the other end replied almost instantly even though it was pretty late at night, about 8:30pm to be exact. He/she told me that they will dispatch the delivery tomorrow
, which was a Saturday, 2nd Sept 2023, between 3pm to 10pm slot, and there were no more conversation between us, that was it.

I couldn't bring myself to fall asleep.

One one side, it could be the adrenaline from getting a new phone, and the other my anxiety of getting scammed.

Before I even managed to count some sheeps, I got too tired from all the thoughts and I fall asleep.

The morning comes but the seconds feels like minutes, and minutes feels like hours.

I waited and waited and waited and finally it was 12pm. I had my lunch and still waiting..
and finally .. 3PM come.. the time I was waiting for...

and really, not long later, a delivery man came knocking on my door to deliver a package for me!!

It is my new phone!! I cant believe it!

The box is sealed with a vacuum wrap and the seal is intact. It came with a Onephone bag and also a the order receipt.

I'm so glad that Onephone managed to send my phone on time and the next time I need a new phone, I'm definitely going to buy it from this site.

The S23 Ultra is a great phone, similar to the S22 Ultra but the S23 has lower battery consumption & better Camera features. I have been dealing with Onephone for over 10 years now, my friends & I have purchased many phones & a few tablets from them, my experience is they have always been good honest people to deal with.
