Q1: Where is your store located and what's your operating hours?
A1: We are located at 160 Race Course Road (S218602), about 2 mins walk from Farrer Park MRT exit F. We are open from 11am to 10pm everyday.
In addition, who wouldn’t wish to have the items delivered right to your doorstep!

Q2: What are the payment methods available?
A2: We accept the following methods:
- Cash, PayNow, Bank Transfer
- NETS (1% processing fee)
- ShopeePay (1.2% processing fee)
- GrabPay (1.2% processing fee)
- Credit Card (3% processing fee for AMEX and locally issued VISA/Mastercard & 4% processing fee for international cards)
- Credit Card thru CardUP (2.6% processing fee)
- Credit Card thru HitPay (3% processing fee for locally issued VISA/Mastercard & 4% processing fee for international cards & AMEX)
- GrabPay Later (6% processing fee)

Q3: Are there any delivery charges, how much?
A3: Our delivery is FREE of charge. We do not charge any delivery fees. For mobile phone accessories which are below $50 in total, there will be a $5 delivery fee.

Q4: What are your delivery operating hours?
A4: We deliver from 3pm to 10 pm everyday. However, we are flexible. If you need a delivery outside of these hours, please contact us and we shall accommodate.

Q5: Can we choose a delivery time frame?
A5: Definitely. We will contact you when we receive the order to arrange the delivery time.

Q6: What other charges beside from the listed price needs to be paid?
A6: At OnePhone, we strive for transparency. Prices listed are final NETT price, with no other additional charges whatsoever.

Q7: Am I required to buy any additional accessories (screen protector, casing) to enjoy the prices offered in your website?
A7: OnePhone doesn’t adopt any sales tactics which forces the customers to buy accessories to avail the listed prices. NO accessories, NO registration, NO membership fees. We are more than happy to sell our customers even without the purchase of any single mobile accessory

Q8: Are the gadgets listed a clone or imitation set?
A8: The gadgets listed are 100% original manufacturer set; we don’t sell any clone or imitation set.

Q9: If they are original sets, why some of the products do not have local warranty?
A9: To keep our prices low, we import some of our products from overseas. We also import products that are not officially launched in Singapore. Most manufacturers like Samsung, Xiaomi, etc. do not support international warranty & hence their warranty is not covered in Singapore.
We provide one month warranty from OnePhone for those products. For peace of mind, you may also purchase one year warranty for them. Warranty will be covered by OnePhone.

Q10: How much is the charge for one year warranty by OnePhone?
A10: Please check individual product listings to know the charge for each product as it varies from product to product.

Q11: What does the warranty by OnePhone cover?
A11: Our warranty covers any hardware or software defect that may occur during the normal usage of the phone. It includes both parts and labour.
It doesn’t cover any defects due to accidental or water damage or mishandling.

Q12: What currency are the prices listed in your website?
A12: All prices listed in our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

Q13: Do you accept trade-in of used phones?

Q14: Can I request a copy of my invoice?
A14: Yes, you can request a copy of your invoice, but please note that a $10 fee will be charged for this service. Additionally, we only retain invoices for a period of 6 months, and are unable to provide copies of invoices older than 6 months. If you need an invoice within the last 6 months, we'd be happy to assist!

Q15: Is this a legitimate website/business?
A15: Absolutely, we are registered under ACRA Singapore (Business registration No.: 202104489R) with all necessary licenses from IMDA Singapore (Infocomm Development Authority) to deal with mobile phones.

Q16: How can customers trust OnePhone?

Q17: Do you issue receipts as I need those for filing purpose?
A17: Absolutely, we can issue receipts to the recipient name which the customer suggests.

Q18: Do you ship to overseas?
A18: Yes, we do. Please contact us for cost including freight. However customs duty at the point of entry will be the responsibility of customers.

Q20: Do you have any return/exchange policy?
A20: If a product is found to be defective at the time of purchase, we will provide an immediate one-to-one exchange. If the product requires any service after that, you may approach the relevant service center in Singapore. We do not have any return policy on the products sold.
